Perpetua’s subsidiary ArteCare has acquired a German elderly care operator, the MENetatis Group, following the retirement of its founding partner. MENetatis, headquartered in Bedburg, has opened 13 new locations in the last eight years and acquired four from other operators. ArteCare, led by Dr. Gerrit Karalus, has become a leading player in the fragmented German elderly care market. With 28 facilities in northern and western Germany, the new group will care for over 2,500 people daily and employ over 2,150.
