The Procurement and Contracts Department (PCD) is proud to announce that Omar Saad, Procurement Operations Manager, has graduated from the Future Leadership Development Program after a one-year training from Zahid Learning Institute.Omar has gained some valuable insights in terms of leadership and growth professionally. “TRUE LEADERSHIP is not about authority, but about empowering others to rise to their full potential”.
