Altaaqa demonstrated its agility and expertise by delivering a complete MV power solution to ASIC’s steel factory in Jizan Economic City within 48 hours of receiving the order. This emergency shutdown application was executed with high safety and quality standards.
ASIC, a 100% affiliate of Tasnee, operates one of the world’s largest titanium smelters, producing 500,000 tons of titanium slag and 250,000 tons of pig iron annually. Altaaqa mobilized 14 units of 1 MW at 13.8 KV, along with essential accessories, to ensure a seamless and accident-free operation.
